Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I renew/book my membership online?

    In order to apply for a Vodafone Warriors Season Membership you need to submit either a membership renewal form (renewing 2011 members) or a membership application form (new members). Memberships can be purchased online via the Vodafone Warriors website www.warriors.co.nz, application forms can also be downloaded from this site.

  • How can I make sure I get the same seat in 2012 as I had in 2011?

    If you wish to retain the same seats for 2012, you must renew your membership before the priority renewal period ends on Monday 31 October 2011. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. After this date, all seats that have not been renewed will be made available to members wishing to change seats or to new members wishing to secure a reserved seat.

  • Can I choose my seats?

    New member seats are allocated on a ‘best available’ basis (in line with their preferred bays as stipulated on membership form). If members (renewing & new) wish to sit with a friend or group this will be considered dependant on the seating allocation schedule and seating availability in the area (it would be advantageous for these requests to be submitted together).

  • How can I pay for my Membership?

    The following forms of payment are accepted:

    • Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note all charges against credit cards will appear on your statement as a payment to New Zealand Warriors.
    • Bank, personal and company cheques: Should be made out to New Zealand Warriors Ltd.
    • Debit cards: Accepted where they are backed by VISA or MasterCard
    • Cash: Payments can be made via the Vodafone Warriors office at Mt Smart Stadium. DO NOT send cash via post.
  • Can I pay my Membership by Part Payment Plan/Instalments?

    Yes. There are part payment plans available to members; Vodafone Warriors in conjunction with our new Payment Plan provider Debitsuccess, offer Members the chance to pay their Membership monthly over 6 payments starting from 1st October 2011. Should  you wish to take advantage of this option you can sign up via the Renewal/New Membership Forms OR via the web. There is a setup charge, of $5, which will be added to your first payment, a monthly transaction fee of 3.09% for Direct Debits and 3.89% for Credit Cards and a failed transaction fee of $10 for any failed payments.

  • How will I know if my membership application has been received?

    Members who book online will receive an email confirmation (to the email address specified in application) on receipt. Members who complete the application form and mail it will receive confirmation via e-mail where supplied.

  • When will my seat be allocated?

    Allocation of seat(s) will be as per the seating allocation order in “How are my seats be allocated” below. Credit card payments are processed at the time of seat allocation. Cheques will be banked on receipt. Cash, eftpos and internet banking will be allocated to your membership payments on receipt.

  • How are my seats allocated?

    Seat allocation will be made in the following order:

    1. Members who are renewing the same seat(s) as 2011
    2. Renewing members who have requested to relocate/add/upgrade their 2011 membership
    3. New 2012 members (processing begins the 1st of November)
  • What member seat will I receive at Eden Park

    Your seat allocation at Eden Park for Round 1 2012 will be allocated on a same category basis as Mt Smart. For example if you chose a category 1 covered seat at Mt Smart you will receive a category 1 seat covered seat at Eden Park. All member seats at Eden Park will be allocated in the ASB/North Stand.

  • Can I order a gift Certificate?

    Yes. We understand that memberships are often a present and that the membership package may not arrive in time for that special occasion. If a gift certificate is required, please contact the Membership team on 0800 839 839. A gift certificate will be sent to the nominated address when payment has been made in full. Please note gift certificates are not valid for entry to the Venue.

  • What age is a child?

    A child is from 3 years old up to (and including) 15 years old. Children 2 and under are free when sitting on an adults knee – please note that no seat is allocated for free children.

  • When will I receive my membership package?

    Applications processed prior to the 31 October 2011 will have their 2012 membership packs mailed out at the end of November 2011. Applications received prior to the 9th December will be mailed out prior to Christmas. Applications processed after this date will be mailed out weekly from the 16th of January 2012.

  • Can someone else use my Membership?

    Yes. If a member is unable to attend a match, the membership card may be given to a friend/relative for use. Please be aware that entry to the stadium will be subject to the category of the membership (an adult will not be admitted with a child membership pass). However please note as per the Terms & Conditions of membership that the member is ultimately responsible for their card at all times and must ensure that anyone using their card is aware of their responsibilities/limitations of use. Members are not however permitted to onsell their membership.

  • How do I replace my membership card/ticket if it is lost or stolen?

    Contact the Vodafone Warriors membership department to arrange a replacement at least 72 hours prior to kick off of the next home game on 0800 839 839. The original card/ticket will be cancelled and a new one will be issued. If there are sufficient games remaining in the season a replacement card will be supplied, alternately paper tickets will be issued. A fee of $30.00 applies for the replacement of each lost/stolen card/ticket.

  • How do I purchase extra home game tickets?

    Extra home game tickets must be purchased through Ticketek. Visit the Vodafone Warriors website at www.warriors.co.nz and follow the links or call Ticketek on 0800 842 538. We cannot guarantee that one off home game tickets will be available near the member’s usual seat(s).

  • Who do I contact if I have a question about my membership?

    Call the Vodafone Warriors membership department on 0800 839 839. For membership queries on game days, members will need to go to the Ticketek window at gate B when gates open.
